This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from SA Crypto Miners by customers located in South Africa.

1. Return Eligibility (Defective & Non-Defective Products)

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Returned products must be:

• New or slightly used (testing only)

• Returned within 14 days of delivery

• In original condition, including all accessories, cables, and packaging

Products used beyond normal testing, or returned after 14 days, are not eligible. We will not accept change of mind returns. 

2. Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for a return, the product must:

• Show no physical damage

• Show no damage caused by power surges, incorrect voltage, or electrical faults

• Not be modified, repaired, or tampered with

• Have all serial numbers intact and matching our records

Products that fail inspection will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery:

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Order Number]

Please include:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos and/or videos if the product is defective

Returns submitted after the 14-day window will not be accepted.

4. Return Method & Shipping Responsibility

• Returns must be made via drop-off at a designated return location or via an approved courier

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping or delivery costs

• We recommend using a trackable and insured courier

• SA Crypto Miners is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

5. Inspection, Restocking Fee & Refunds

All returned products are subject to inspection.

• A restocking fee of R140 applies to all approved returns

• The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection approval

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method, where possible

If the product does not meet return conditions, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products returned within the 14-day return window, subject to inspection approval.

7. Manufacturer Warranty

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty, which is separate from this return policy and governed by the manufacturer’s terms.
