Processing and Shipping Time

• All orders will be dispatched within 5 days from our supplier’s warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
• Shipping may take 2 to 3 weeks via DHL Express, FedEx, or The Courier Guy after the full payment has cleared in our account.

Packing

• Every machine includes a PSU (Power Supply Unit).
• Power cords are not included but are available for purchase on our website.

360-Day Warranty

SA Crypto Miners warrants the purchased product(s) to be free from defects in material, performance, and workmanship for a period of:

• 360 days for standard products, or
• 180 days for select products.

This warranty begins from the date of delivery and extends to the original buyer (and subsequent buyers within the warranty period).

During the warranty period, manufacturers such as Canaan, Bitmain, Iceriver, and others will repair or replace any defective part free of charge. Please note that mining earnings will not be compensated.

Important: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the miner to the manufacturer for warranty service.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

1. Service calls related to the incorrect installation or improper usage of the product.
2. Repairs required due to non-standard use or improper handling.
3. Damage resulting from:
   • Misuse, abuse, or accidents.
   • Fire, flood, or other natural disasters.
   • Overclocking, unauthorized alterations, or improper installation.
   • Use with unapproved products or accessories.
