Warranty and Returns
Overview
All sales are final and cannot be refunded but exchanged under warranty terms.Â
Processing and Shipping Time
- All orders will be dispatched within 5 days from our supplier’s warehouse in Shenzhen, China.
- Shipping may take 2 to 3 weeks via DHL Express, FedEx, or The Courier Guy after the full payment has cleared in our account.
Packing
- Every machine includes a PSU (Power Supply Unit).
- Power cords are not included but are available for purchase on our website.
360-Day Warranty
SA Crypto Miners warrants the purchased product(s) to be free from defects in material, performance, and workmanship for a period of:
- 360 days for Bitmain products, or
- 180 days for Other Brands.
This warranty begins from the date of delivery and extends to the original buyer (and subsequent buyers within the warranty period).
During the warranty period, manufacturers such as Canaan, Bitmain, Iceriver, and others will repair or replace any defective part free of charge. Please note that mining earnings will not be compensated.
Important: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the miner to the manufacturer for warranty service.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Service calls related to the incorrect installation or improper usage of the product.
- Repairs required due to non-standard use or improper handling.
- Damage resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, or accidents.
- Fire, flood, or other natural disasters.
- Overclocking, unauthorized alterations, or improper installation.
- Use with unapproved products or accessories.

Returns Policy

At SA Crypto Miners, we stand behind the quality of the mining hardware we supply. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency mining equipment, we offer returns strictly for defective products only, subject to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility (Opened & Slightly Used Products)
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for products that are:
Defective on arrival or within the first 7 days of use
Opened or slightly used solely for testing purposes
Returned in original condition, with all accessories and packaging
â›” After 7 days of use, the product is no longer eligible for return, regardless of condition.
2. Conditions for Return Approval
To qualify for a return:
The defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery
The product must show no physical damage
The product must show no damage caused by power surges, incorrect voltage, or electrical faults
The product must not have been modified, repaired, or tampered with
All serial numbers must be intact and match our records
Returns submitted after 7 days from delivery or usage will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Products used beyond 7 days
Products damaged by power surges, incorrect power supply, or improper installation
Products with physical or cosmetic damage
Products returned due to change of mind
Products returned without prior authorisation
4. Return Process

Your return request must include:
Order number
Description of the defect
Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier
SA Crypto Miners is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit
6. Inspection & Refunds
Once the returned product is received:
It will be inspected and tested
If confirmed defective, an exchanged will be processed under the manufacturer warranty.Â
7. Exchanges
Approved defective returns will be exchanged accordingly. The product will be shipped to the manufacturer and the shipping cost will be covered by the client.Â
